Based in London, Excelon Ltd was formed by Heide Razavi, an ex-Senior Analyst Programmer at Goldman Sachs.

Since 2001, Excelon has been creating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems meeting the needs, budgets and access requirements of entrepreneurs, small and medium business and larger corporations.
