Challenge

In 2003 AD2ONE was looking to implement a bespoke CRM system to help them grow. Their Excel-based method of work was falling short of managing the growing day-to-day business. AD2ONE required an adaptable and flexible system which could hold diverse business and client intelligence. Any solution had to be secure, user-friendly and scalable to meet the continuing expansion of the business.

The group has subsequently expanded rapidly, opening offices in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany and The Netherlands.

Solution

Excelon were able to find a cost effective way to help them overcome these challenges. After getting to know the people and the company we agreed that our Web Based CRM Solution would be best as it was affordable, would be accessible from anywhere and could easily handle all of the challenges they were facing. Excelon developed a powerful web based Customer relationship management and sales force automation software solution.

The first version of the AD2ONE CRM system was successfully delivered in February 2004 and catered for 10 users in their London office.

The solution we provided for AD2ONE is continually evolving to meet rising business challenges. We've catered for AD2ONE's expansion into multiple countries and regions. The system is being used round the clock across all time zones.
